Arbor Greene in Tampa is a multi-use housing and recreational community in Tampa. They recently chose OpenCourtTime over competing products due to its power and ease of use.
Previously, they used a combination of locally-built website, spreadsheets, and web services for reservations and calendaring. To implement e-commerce and get simple reporting out of that system was going to be prohibitively difficult and expensive, since nothing integrated with anything else. So... after reviewing OpenCourtTime and discovering that their learning curve was so small that even their front-desk people could pick it up immediately, they became curious about whether it could perform. They were surprised to discover that considering its simplicity, it delivered transactions, calendaring, scheduling, reporting, and all the functions of products ten times the cost. |
